Sea cliff Bridge

Sometimes photography can surprise you.

On this particular morning the sky was grey and I was feeling uninspired, however I sought out the best composition I could and set to making a good image.

The surprise came when I got home and began processing. Suddenly I saw something I hadn't on location. It was a sense of brooding and I immediately connected to the scene. On reflection I realised that I had created a mood that was precisely how I felt when I was shooting.

I have learnt  a very important lesson from this experience, and that is the image you make reflects how you connect to the scene, even if you don't realise it at the time.
